How do I switch to UniHealth from another fund?
It’s easier than you might think! You can tell your current fund, or we can do it for you. If you’d like us to do it, here are your options:
- Online: tick the authorisation box in the Personal Details section of our online join form
- Printed form: complete the Transfer Request section on our application form
- Phone: give your verbal consent when you join over the phone, via 1300 367 906.
We’ll contact your current fund to get a Transfer Certificate and ask them to cancel your membership.
It can take up to 14 days for funds to forward Transfer Certificates, but once we receive and process yours we’ll send you a confirmation letter so you know where everything is at.
