Motor burn out – Replacement for your electrical motor if it burns out and is less than 10 years old.
Optional contents cover – Cover for non-permanent fixtures, fittings and appliances (like furniture, bedding, clothing and utensils).
Emergency accommodation – Get up to 5 days emergency accommodation when the property is unable to be used after the damage has occurred (up to a cost of $100 per day).

How to claim

Step 1. Call 13 24 80 with your policy number and any details you have (like where the incident happened and if anyone else was involved).
Step 2. You will be assigned a consultant to your claim who will provide you with a claim reference number.
